Scheduling of Counseling & Therapy Sessions

Scheduling of counseling or therapy services are done by appointment only. Our counselors and therapists maintain their own working hours and schedule. Evening appointments tend to fill up quickly. If you are in need of a specific day or time for your appointment we encourage you to schedule several weeks’ of appointments/sessions in advance in order to keep your most preferred time.

Email reminders: Email appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy by our office please remember, at times technology can make errors. Clients are still financially responsible for their appointment.

We value your time, and strive to not schedule clients back to back this allows us time if we are delayed, to make sure your individualized session is not compromised.
