Thoughtful therapy for change, meaning, and becoming more fully yourself

My Work & Perspective

Life has a way of asking us to evolve, sometimes gently and sometimes all at once. You may be navigating a major transition, questioning your sense of purpose, struggling with self worth, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming. Even when change is necessary, it can still feel overwhelming, disorienting, or lonely.

I work primarily with adults who are searching for deeper understanding, meaningful change, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, introspective, and highly self aware, yet still find themselves caught in cycles of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, impulsivity, shame, or disconnection.

I especially value creating affirming spaces for neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC clients, as well as anyone looking for therapy that feels grounded, collaborative, and genuinely human.

My Background

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education from the University of Delaware and a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. I am currently completing additional post master’s training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School and practice under the supervision of Erica London, MA, LMFT.

In addition to my clinical training, I have experience in mindfulness practices, breathwork, addiction recovery support, and psychedelic preparation and integration work. These experiences continue to shape my perspective on healing, self awareness, and personal transformation.

Outside of therapy, I value time spent in reflection, movement, nature, music, and practices that encourage deeper presence and connection.

My Approach

My style is calm, relational, and reflective. I believe therapy is not about becoming someone entirely different, but about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath survival, fear, expectations, or self criticism.

I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness based practices, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches into my work. Together, we explore how to build greater psychological flexibility, emotional awareness, and self trust while creating meaningful movement toward the life you want to live.

I often help clients slow down enough to notice what is happening internally without immediately trying to fix, avoid, or judge it. Through that process, many people begin to experience greater clarity, resilience, and connection with themselves and others.
