My Work & Perspective
You may already be highly self aware and still find yourself stuck in the same painful patterns, carrying emotional exhaustion beneath the surface, or wondering why a life that looks successful on the outside no longer feels fully aligned on the inside.
Many of the people drawn to my work are thoughtful, capable, deeply feeling individuals who are ready for something more than surface level change. They are not simply looking for coping skills. They want deeper understanding, meaningful transformation, and a stronger connection with themselves, their relationships, and the life they are building.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who have often felt different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or out of place in more traditional environments. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I understand both the complexity and the strengths that can come with moving through the world this way. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, intuitive, high masking, or carrying years of pressure to hold everything together while quietly struggling underneath.
My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you better understand yourself, uncover what is no longer serving you, and create lasting change that feels aligned, grounded, and authentic to who you truly are.
I believe therapy can be both practical and expansive. We can work with patterns, relationships, nervous system responses, and emotional wounds while also making space for meaning, intuition, spirituality, identity exploration, and deeper personal growth
My Background
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Oregon and Washington, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and trained in psychedelic assisted therapy and Reiki Levels I and II.
My professional background includes education, social work, case management, clinical therapy, supervision, and consultation. Over the years, I have worked with individuals navigating complex trauma, relationship struggles, major life transitions, burnout, perfectionism, identity exploration, and personal transformation.
In addition to therapy, I provide supervision, consultation, business coaching, and mentorship for therapists and entrepreneurs who want to build more aligned, sustainable, and meaningful work.
Personally, I bring lived experience with blended families, divorce, parenting, entrepreneurship, and navigating complicated transitions and reinventions throughout life. Those experiences continue to shape the depth, honesty, and perspective I bring into my work.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me in nature, traveling, exploring spiritual and personal growth practices, spending time with my French bulldog Courage, or deep in conversation about psychology, relationships, and the complexity of being human.
My Approach
My style is direct, attuned, collaborative, and deeply relational. I show up as a real person in the therapy room and create space for you to do the same.
I blend evidence based therapy with integrative and intuitive approaches, helping clients explore not only what is happening in their lives, but how their experiences, relationships, nervous systems, and internal patterns continue to shape the way they move through the world.
Together, we may focus on:
• Breaking long standing emotional and relational patterns
• Navigating burnout, misalignment, or major life transitions
• Processing trauma and difficult past experiences
• Exploring identity, purpose, spirituality, and personal evolution
• Strengthening relationships and communication
• Integrating meaningful or transformative experiences
For some clients, our work may include support around psychedelic integration or making sense of expanded states of awareness and personal transformation. For others, therapy may simply be a space to reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more honest way.
Above all, I believe therapy should help you create real, sustainable change while honoring the complexity of being human.

- Business Coaching & Consulting for therapists and entrepreneurs
- Mental health workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements
