Creative, compassionate therapy for kids, teens, adults, and growing families

My Work & Perspective

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale and show up as you are. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, especially when you are carrying anxiety, shame, grief, self doubt, or the pressure to keep everything together while quietly struggling underneath it all.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, self worth struggles, and perinatal mental health experiences. I especially enjoy supporting children and teens in understanding themselves more deeply and helping parents strengthen connections within their families.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not one size fits all. Every person experiences the world differently, and therapy should honor your individuality, creativity, strengths, and story.

My Background

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders from Grand Canyon University. I have also completed additional training through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health.

Having spent my life in the Pacific Northwest, I feel deeply connected to creativity, nature, and the importance of slowing down and making space for reflection. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, gardening, painting, drawing, weaving, and spending time with my family. On quieter days, you can usually find me curled up watching a favorite series or exploring a new creative project.

My Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, creative, and adaptable. I strive to create a therapy space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuine so you can explore difficult emotions and experiences without feeling pressured to be anything other than yourself.

I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and support while helping you better understand yourself and the patterns shaping your experiences.

I use an integrative approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness based practices, gestalt therapy, and creative interventions. With children and teens especially, I often incorporate art, play, storytelling, and other expressive techniques to help create emotional understanding and connection in ways that words alone sometimes cannot.

I also enjoy supporting individuals and families navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, and the transition into parenthood.
