A Different Kind of Therapy Practice

About Compass Whole Health

Whole-person therapy for people who want something different.

Compass Whole Health exists to offer whole-person therapy that supports mind, body, spirit, and relationships. We are a group practice of exceptional clinicians who are authentic, diverse, deeply skilled, and committed to curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.

We exist for people who want therapy that feels different: intuitive, grounded, and a little unconventional.

We believe therapy can be both clinically excellent and deeply human. We believe in warmth. We believe in nervous systems. We believe in stories, relationships, meaning-making, and the kind of healing that reaches beyond symptom management.

If you’ve been looking for a therapy space that feels like a deep exhale… welcome.

Our Story

Compass Whole Health was built from a simple idea: healing happens best when people feel safe, seen, and fully met.

We wanted to create a practice that didn’t feel sterile, overly clinical, or one-size-fits-all, a place where therapy could be grounded in real expertise, while still leaving room for intuition, creativity, and the messy, magical truth of being human.

Compass was designed intentionally, from the clinicians we hire to the furniture in the waiting room. We want you to feel like you’re walking into a home, not an institution. Because when your body can soften, your mind can open, and your healing can begin.

We are a practice built by and for people who don’t always fit into the standard mold. Many of us are neurodivergent. Many of us think differently, feel deeply, and bring unique perspectives into the therapy room.

We take pride in being a little quirky and a little unconventional because we know that some of the most powerful healing happens outside the traditional model.

Our Approach

At Compass Whole Health, we believe healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just symptoms.

Our work integrates mind, body, and spirit, recognizing the ways relationships, identity, nervous system functioning, and lived experience shape mental health. We draw from evidence-based therapy while also honoring the deeper layers of healing that can’t always be measured on a checklist.

Depending on the clinician you work with, therapy may include:

  • Nervous system regulation and somatic work
  • Trauma-informed approaches
  • Mindfulness and grounding practices
  • Relational and attachment-based healing
  • Parts work and inner child exploration
  • Narrative therapy and meaning-making
  • Values-based work and identity exploration
  • Intuitive and spiritually informed practices (when desired)

We’re not here to “fix” you. We’re here to help you understand yourself, reconnect with your own wisdom, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

What Makes Us Different

There are many therapy practices out there. Compass Whole Health is intentionally not trying to be like most of them.

We’re whole-person, always

We don’t separate mental health from the body, relationships, identity, or spirituality. We look at the full picture because healing is rarely just cognitive.

We blend science with intuition

We honor evidence-based therapy and clinical excellence while also making room for creativity, nervous system work, spirituality, and approaches that might feel a little “woo” (in the best way).

We care deeply about fit

Every clinician here is chosen carefully, not only for their skill, but for who they are: authentic, curious, humble, and aligned with the culture of care we’ve built. We don’t aim to be the biggest practice. We aim to be the right one.

Our space feels like home

We believe the therapy environment matters. Our office is intentionally designed to feel warm, grounding, and safe, not clinical or cold. Because healing happens when your body can exhale.

We’re a little quirky

We’re not polished robots, we’re real humans. Many of us are neurodivergent, deeply creative, and wired a little differently. If you’ve ever felt like the “misfit toy” in the room, you might feel surprisingly comfortable here.

Who We’re For

Compass Whole Health is for people who want therapy that goes deeper.

You might be a good fit here if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change
  • Want more than coping skills, you want real healing
  • Are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or overwhelm
  • Feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself
  • Are neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, highly sensitive, etc.)
  • Have tried therapy before and it didn’t quite click
  • Are drawn to holistic or integrative approaches
  • Want a therapist who is both highly skilled and genuinely human
  • Are seeking deeper connection in your relationships
  • Want a space where you don’t have to mask or perform wellness

We work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore themselves with honesty, courage, and curiosity
