Anna has over 30 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including corporate work, being a business analyst, executive in charge of a national TV show, a crisis response worker in the emergency room, addictions clinics, and a counselor in private practice.
After several years as a Designated Crisis Responder, seeing clients in the Emergency Room and helping them work through their crisis Anna saw first-hand how the lack of support and inability to find the “right” therapist negatively impacted so many individuals. One of her goals is to dig deeper than just managing the crisis. Through counseling she will help you move past the trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or relationship problem. You can count on Anna to help you manage your situation getting to the cause of the problem.
Anna is passionate about helping people work through difficult experiences so that they can ultimately live a happier and more peaceful life with optimum mental health. She believes that doing deeper work with individuals and in small groups can lead to more effective and long-term change.
Helping people work through their personal problems and mental health crisis is a passion for Anna. As a therapist, she has helped clients recover from anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma. She works with couples to move through relationship issues including issues with trust, infidelity and addiction. Anna’s therapeutic approach is creative and eclectic, she will tailor her approach to meet your needs. Being certified in many different therapeutic approaches allows Anna to pull from her extensive knowledge base focusing on your needs, your strengths, and your strongest senses to develop a solution which helps you achieve your goals.
