I am currently a student in the Marriage, Couples and Families Master’s program at George Fox University in Portland, Oregon. I received my BA in Applied Arts and Science with a distinction in psychology at San Diego State
University. I’ve moved to Oregon 5 years ago and am loving every day and experience I make. I love animals all animals, music and the positive effects it has on people.
My Approach & Philosophy
Therapy should never be filled with judgment or embarrassment. I believe that therapy should be a place of acceptance and respect. I use an integrated approach which uses techniques and skills from a client centered, emotion focus, and narrative lens. While there are still areas this field I’m developing in, I look forward to helping you grow in your therapy journey.
