Shannon has 15 years of experience as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with specialized trauma training, Board-Certified Music Therapist, and Certified Somatic Yoga teacher. Shannon also has 16 years of military experience, and loves connecting with Service members.
One thing Shannon is passionate about is bringing holistic, creative, and integrative body/mind psychotherapy to each and every client. Shannon enjoys creating a warm, compassionate therapeutic space where you can speak freely about your pain, grief, trauma, anxiety, and despair you’re currently facing. She helps foster a therapeutic relationship where you can explore any of these issues in-depth, build on your innate strengths, and create hope and life-changing solutions. As someone who has survived trauma herself, Shannon is deeply moved by the strength and resilience she sees when working with other survivors.
